Utumishi Bora is a Swahili term for Servant Leadership as exemplified by integrity of heart and skillfulness of hands. The awards recognise exemplary individuals in integrity, leadership, pioneering and innovation, media champions, research and writing, and mentorship.
Instituted in 2015 by KCPF under the Governance and Leadership Committee, the awards have contributed immensely to celebrating exemplary leaders and emphasising servant leadership and integrity across Kenya.
