By accessing or using the KCPF website (kcpf.or.ke) or any related services including the Member Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content • Impersonate any person or organisation • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system • Use the site to distribute spam or unsolicited communications • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
3. Member Accounts
To access the Member Portal, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KCPF is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect a security breach.
4. Membership
Membership in KCPF is subject to our Membership Policy and the payment of applicable fees. KCPF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of non-payment, conduct unbecoming a Christian professional, or violation of KCPF's code of conduct.
5. Payments
All payments are processed via Mpesa. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless KCPF is unable to provide the agreed service. KCPF is not liable for failed transactions due to network or banking issues beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of KCPF or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. KCPF does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KCPF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its services, even if KCPF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya. KCPF encourages the use of CCDRC's dispute resolution services as a first step.
10. Changes to Terms
KCPF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
