Hon. Jeniffer Shamala

Jennifer. Shamalla is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya at the law firm where she is the founder. She is also a recognised authority in the area of intellectual property law, and e commerce law.

Her main areas of practice are in commercial law and human rights. Jennifer has also conducting training on civic education and human rights in Kenya and Southern Sudan. She is a published writer commenting on topical affairs in Kenya, the region and worldwide.

Jennifer is the convener of the Intellectual property and ICT Committee at the Law Society of Kenya

Jennifer also provides risk analyses and sensitization to international organizations on the Kenyan legal and political system. She has also done pro bono work for women and has liaised in the recent past with the various human rights organizations in Kenya and around the world.
