Pamela Munyi is an accomplished leadership coach, theologian, and public administrator uniquely suited to serve as the Convener of the KCPF Governance Committee. She is the founder and Executive Director of Sheaves Coaching and Mentoring Ltd (12 years in operation). Sheaves runs 3 main programs:

1. Sheaves Leader Care(Senior Leaders' Safe Space).

2. Sheaves StartUp Incubator(Young Entrepreneurs Hub).

3. Psk Mentoring Movement(Structured Mentoring on Life skills for younger men & women by Older men & women).

With a Master of Divinity in Public Theology, a Master’s in Leadership Development, and a Global Executive MBA, Pamela perfectly bridges the gap between Christian ethics and public leadership. Her diverse experience—spanning the Embu County Government, corporate mentorship, and lecturing at Pan Africa Christian University—equips her with the strategic insight needed to navigate complex public policy issues.
