Alice Wainaina

A holistic transformation and organization development consultant with 30 years’ experience, Alice has rendered services to over thirty mostly Christian non-profit organizations and churches working with communities to strengthen local transformational development response.

The consultancies done include program design, program evaluation/assessment, leadership and organizational development across Africa and in particular, the East African region.

Alice is a co-founder of LEEDS Consulting, a company committed to inspire life giving relationships and currently serves as an Executive Director. Transformational Leadership (TL) and Journey of Generosity (JOG) are flagship programs for LEEDS Consulting.

Vincent Kimosop
Executive Director

Vincent K. Kimosop currently serves as the Policy & Governance Expert/CEO at SOVEREIGN INSIGHT.  The consulting firm provides innovative and cutting-edge solutions to public, private and non-state actors in the area of Policy, Strategy, Governance and Advisory Services.

Until February 2020, he served at the Technical Tax Advisor at Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA), providing support to partners in Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia and RDC. TJNA is a pan-African research and advocacy organisation established in 2007 and a member of the Global Alliance for Tax Justice (GATJ). TJNA collaborates closely with its member organisations and other civil society partners across Africa to curb illicit financial flows (IFFs) and promote progressive taxation systems.

Beatrice Odera has worked at the KCCB – Catholic Justice and Peace Commission, now a Department (whose mandate is to promote peace and enhance good governance) for close to 22 years at various levels. 

From 2012 to date she has been the National Executive Secretary, responsible for programmes design, planning and implementation at the national level. She was also coordinating and facilitating implementation of programmes in all the 25 CJPC offices in the dioceses of the Catholic Church. 

She has been involved in the successful implementation of governance and peace projects funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (15 years), European Union (4 years), German Embassy (3 years), Misereor (20 years), Diakonia (11years), Fastenopfer – Swiss Lenten (7 years), Trocaire (8 years), CAFOD (11 years),  Caritas Australia (2 years), Reinvent – Coffey (1 year), CRS –2 years,  Swiss Embassy (1 year) and the locally funded Church project ‘Lenten campaign’ for 15 years.

He has clinical experience in both the public and private health sectors in Kenya. & Resuscitation Council United Kingdom (RCUK) Instructor for Paediatric Advanced Life Support He is Quality Assurance Manager at Mater Misericordiae Hospital in Nairobi and previously held the position of Quality Advisor at the Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi.
